The Mariinsky Collection represents a body of work which Alexander painted over a three year period in St. Petersburg between 2015 and 2018.

This was made possible with the kind permission of Yuri Fateyev, the Director of The Mariinsky Ballet who enabled Alexander to be one of the first artists since Edward Degas to have the opportunity of working with some of the most famous dancers in the World.

Alexander’s first exhibition ‘Dreams Become Reality’, took place at Huntsman in Saville Row, on 22nd September 2016.

His second exhibition, in association with the charity Veteran’s Aid, took place at The Cavalry and Guard’s Club in Piccadilly on 18th September 2018 and was dedicated to the memory of his Mother, who died on the 2nd September that year.>
